01 What's the difference between coaching & counseling?

Counseling is determining what problems you might have and then giving you a presscription to solve them. Coaching on the other hand, is a process of helping you determine a plan to assist you to go from where you're at currently to where you want to go. The next step is to help you set goals, priorities and strategies to make it happen with motivation and accountability.

02 How does coaching work?

We tailor our approach to your unique needs and goals. Sessions are based on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, and developing action steps. You can choose to work individually or as part of a group.

Coaching takes place in the comfort of your home by phone and/or email, your office or other locations. Personal coaching sessions are usually scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
